Modern and luxurious place with free Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. Comfy bed in double room with a safe box, a kettle, and an iron. Reasonably large private bathroom. Particularly helpful employees at the reception desk.  

We really enjoyed the very central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. Terrific service from the very courteous and pleasant staff that we interacted with. The food in the restaurant 

Clean hotel, really polite and outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. Well-designed and modern room provided with a decent view, really comfy oversized bed plus a mini fridge. Good bar area.  

The venue is clean, with great location not far from easy walking distance to the bull ring and the main shopping centre and Birmingham new street station.

The staff where all extremely polite, terrific service.

The breakfast is served in the restaurant! The staff are very courteous and pleasant, managed the parking nearby.

The room was spotless, modern with a double bed and the overall experience was such great.

In general the room was good value for money with a double bed, and I truly enjoyed it. The location was central, unbeatable to shopping district.

The stuff was outstandingly accommodating, really polite. This luxurious hotel had very central setting very close to the train station.

Everything was good, including outstandingly accommodating staff and excellent location in the city centre. Luxury and neat room. A carpet, coffee and tea making equipment, and a hair dryer were convenient.

The place was fairly clean, our room was double superior and reasonably large. There were lovely beds and WiFi, coffee and facilities to make tea inside the room. The location was particularly good as it was close to a cinema
